Food grade synthetic forming fluid

This product is a food grade synthetic water soluble fluid for forming applications. It is suitable for stamping, drawing and bending of aluminium. It is a high performance product free of oils, solvents, silicones and chlorine. This product is specially formulated with synthetic additives that provides very good lubrication in parts and tools.

It is suitable for a wide variety of forming aluminium operations such as stamping and deep drawing. It is easy to clean with tap water or any water based cleaner. Working temperatures are between -35ºC and 85ºC. This product is not compatible with mineral, oils or PAO
