With the implementation of the Montreal protocol and as a result the phase out of certain refrigeration gasses the selection of the lubricant in refrigeration compressors became very important. Matrix line of Coolmax refrigeration contains products based on all sorts of base oil technologies. This allows the end user to choose the right product in combination with the type of compressor and refrigeration gas used. Matrix also developed a retro-fit procedure where R 22 systems can be retro fitted into systems operating at the latest type of refrigerants.
